The Georgina Cares Fund
Applying For Funding
The Georgina Cares Fund provides funding to children up to the age of 15, who live in the Town of Georgina, to take part in extra curricular activities or for special needs when their parents/guardians cannot afford to do so.
Georgina Cares also helps local families with the Compassion Fund. If a family has experienced a significant, unforeseen, or catastrophic occurrence (such as medical, accidental, death), funding may be available on a one-time basis to help assist with some of the financial stress during this time.

Our Live TV Auction, and biggest fundraiser, takes place in November each year. Stay tuned for details closer to auction time!

Scholarship
There are hundreds of people in our community who commit their time to give back and make Georgina a better place to live. Many of them are students…ones who go above and beyond their “40 hours” to help others in our community. As these students finish their last year of High School, we want to acknowledge their contribution of volunteering within the Town of Georgina. Our 2021 Student Scholarship will recognize up to three graduating high school students and reward them for helping others.
